American Lunch
Before returning to school from our morning excursion, we got to stop for an hour to eat lunch. We choose McDonald's. I, Mrs. Johnson, was so happy to eat a hamburger. Being the picky eater that I am I diligently ordered my hamburger plain and dry. You should have seen me trying to tell the cashier "No pickles, onions, tomatoes, ketchup, mayo, and mustard." Surprisely, she got it correct. I must be getting good at my sign language because my Japanese is not so good.
The students found a 100 Yen store above McDonald's. This store is equivalent to our dollar store. They had 15 minutes to shop. You would be surprised how much they can buy in 15 minutes. They bought some really cool gifts and souveniers.
Pictures to come later.
