Wednesday afternoon after our visit to the mayor our group went to Shodo class. Shodu is the Japanese calligraphy. Each student was able to create as many papers as they would like. It was alot of fun. The funny part was watching them hold the brush so close to the bottom and get black ink all over their hands.

They learned to write their name and words like "America", "Love", "Dragon", and many more. Ryan was the leader of creating the most shodo writings...he did 15.
